[Prod][Accounts API] Perturbations on DELETE v2.1/users
Identified - We have detected perturbations on the endpoint DELETE v2.1/users. In some cases, calling this endpoint may result in a timeout.
The rootcause has been identified, and are currently working on a fix.
No impact on DELETE v3/users.
